GLAM Wiki-Partners
Introduction
The GLAM Wiki-Partners are professionals from GLAM institutions taking part in regular meetings to share insights, best practices, and collaborate in the Wikis on the future of cultural heritage.
Purpose
This initiative aims to foster cross-institutional dialogue, allowing GLAM professionals to exchange ideas, overcome common challenges, and co-develop innovative strategies for the evolving landscape of cultural heritage.
We meet to:
Network – Meet like-minded professionals from a diverse range of GLAM institutions.
Share Knowledge – Stay updated on the latest trends, tools and solutions the Wikis provide.
Collaborate on Projects – Discuss the realisation of projects and establish contact with professionals to facilitate mutual support.

Meetings
The group meets four times a year, with 3 meetings conducted online via Zoom and 1 in-person meeting scheduled towards the end of the year. The participants are asked to bring their own questions and contents as this is designed to be a place of exchange.

WMCH GLAM hosts the meeting and sends out the invitation link and minutes through a dedicated GLAM mailing list. Writen communication is in German and French yet we mostly speak and protocol in English at the meetings.
