| Speakers | Daniela Serra: Daniela is a Chilean historian with extensive experience in cultural heritage management and heritage education. She currently serves as the Head of the Department of Heritage Education and Research at the Undersecretariat of Cultural Heritage, part of Chile’s Ministry of Cultures, Arts, and Heritage. Serra has played a pivotal role in the digital preservation of Chile's cultural heritage, notably by leading the development of the country’s first National Digital Cultural Heritage Strategy. Through her work, she has actively promoted open access to cultural assets, integrating these principles into public policy, education, and national cultural identity initiatives. |
