Speakers Ana Torres Adell: I joined the Wikimedia Movement in 2014 and served as the Executive Director. In that position, I launched the country’s first GLAM program, which lead us to work with more than 300 cultural institutions. Today, I work with the Wikimedia Foundation, supporting the implementation of the interim Global Resources Distribution Committee (GRDC). This new movement committee is focused on shaping the policy, strategy, and standards for resource distribution - particularly around the Community Fund.

Lucy Moore I'm a volunteer editor on English Wikipedia, and am a member of the Global Resource Distribution Committee, where I represent thematic groups.

Abstract This panel brings together GLAM-Wiki coordinators from different countries to reflect on shared challenges and, more importantly, to explore solutions. Building on diverse experiences, we’ll discuss how to strengthen the movement in a changing world. The focus will go beyond problems, encouraging participants to think outside the box and share creative, practical ways to build resilience together.
