Recognition
- Map GLAM-Wiki stakeholders to establish shared priorities, definitions, and clear participation pathways
- Track impact through stakeholder engagement, documentation of institutional transformations, and public metrics dashboards
Community (Mental) Health as a Priority
- Establish sustainable care practices including mentorship programs, safe event spaces, and mutual support networks to reduce burnout
- Monitor community wellbeing through surveys measuring burnout, satisfaction, belonging, and retention rates
More Robust Technical Infrastructure

- Create a technical working group to prioritize initiatives, secure funding, and establish sustainable maintenance practices
Small GLAMs
- Lower barriers for small institutions and community groups by expanding GLAM definitions and creating accessible starter toolkits
- Increase participation from diverse, non-traditional partners through curated project opportunities matched to their capacity
