Language? You can present and participate in the calls in a language of your choice. For simultaneous interpretation of any language please send a request via the contact form at least 4 weeks before the call you want to join.
By whom? These calls are organized by a group of GLAM Wiki contributors, affiliates, the Content Partnerships Hub and the Wikimedia Foundation Content Enablement Team. New hosts are invited to reach out via the contact form as well.
Agenda? The agenda is defined by you! During 2026 the global GLAM Calls will follow the strategic pillars, and the proposal from the Organizers. If you would like to host an activity, demo, session, or otherwise during the call, please use the agenda form.
How and where? Via Zoom. If you want to participate, be sure to register for the call on the event page.
When? During 2026 the calls take place on the fourth Tuesday of each month, and alternate times to accommodate more timezones.

Creating New events!
Creating a new event in the Global GLAM calls page
Add the following empty template in the "Sign up!" section inside the div tag. After creating it, fill in all necessary information in Visual editing mode, using the form.

Create the page for the call
After you have added all necessary information to the template, save the page. Now you can click on the new call element. The link takes you to a new page that is prefilled with all the basic information you added in the template. You can save the new page and continue editing it in Visual editing mode.
