people can communicate with WhatsApp or telegrams, but we can do something fantastic if Wikipedia creates your chat in languages that are translated automatically

If the people want to learn of a any theme, this would the help forum of everywere, question and answers

both, but according the case (the disance, for example i cant go to tailandia to help if i live in Costa Rica)
