we assume that people most especially the youth or those that so interested in using or visiting Wikipedia use mobile phones 89% of the population if we create popups with the most interesting articles that are eye-catching of the interests of the youth, we will definitely get more users visiting Wikipedia.

Educational, the students will be prompted to read the article that is talking about a certain aspect of his or her field, then the teachers and politicians will be prompted to view the latest or the tactics that can be used defeat the opponent

thinking of the what people like (depending on location, language, and country), creating ads on Google display ads and messenger ads on Facebook among others
