What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
Actualmente las mujeres representan una pequeña parte de la comunidad científica
Translation: Women currently represent a small part of the scientific community
What is your solution?[edit]
Debemos crear laboratorios en los que tanto hombres como mujeres sean iguales a la hora de aspirar a un puesto de trabajo ya que no es justo que por ser hombre o por ser mujer tengamos mas o menos privilegios
Translation: Create laboratories in which men and women are equal when they seek a job because it is not fair that people have greater or less privilege because they are men or women
