WP Reliability, regional representation in local languages by publishing e-book comprised of selected contribution they made in a year; and book volume on science subjects for educational institutions Publish peer reviewed (i.e. reliable) Volume of articles on Physics, Chemistry and Biology annually and 2/5 copies for reference should be provided to School/colleges/universities of the world. These books must be available in their libraries free of cost to students and researchers. Attempts should be made to maintain reliability of WP in order to curb the loss of WP users. If WP is succeeded 90% in reliability of Science subject, it will regain its previous version of encyclopedic source. This goodwill shall result in increase of users especially in developing countries. Check & Balance on Deletion policy: Wikipedia should make use of representation through ambassadorship (Board of 3/9 members according to population & local composition and for a specific term) in different countries with their jurisdiction over subjects of social science and regional topics, excluding religion and science.
