• 5% Adminiship be reserved for women in addition to their free access to such general vacancy competition.

• Special task to clean-up the C and B class pages be entrusted to women, preferably university graduates, and in lieu of their services a certificate from WP be awarded after rendering such job for 100 or more pages in a year, together with other barnstars etc.

• A portal of science fiction stories be develop for lady school teachers in which teacher may upload/eidt the story of her student. Amongst these stories top ten be selected for prize award (student + teacher) on quarterly basis. This portal be managed with 50:50 of man and woman and one from each continent.
