What is the problem you're trying to solve?
Many newcomers in wikipedia doesn't know anything on how to write articles in the right way. Also there is no automatic way to check articles if they contain all usual information.
What is your solution?
It would be good to have templates of articles which can be filled by newcomers, so that they have a common form which is accepted by the experienced writers. Maybe there is a way that new articles are created in some kind of questionare or the the type of the article is automatically detected and the rigth template is used / provided. With such a solution there is also later the possibility to automatically detect missing information in an article (compare against the template) and maybe by use of deep learning technics automatically add some information.
For example if a newbie wants to write an article about someone, he can simply tell the wikipedia software "I want to write an article about an famous sportsmen". Then the software takes internally the "person template" asks about his name, when and where he is born, what have he won and so on (in a not boring form). Add the end complete new article is created with the common style, common chapters and a valid wiki syntax text. Not known facts could be maybe automatically provided from articles in other languages or other free sources.
Another example is the attachment for pictures. Any animal article should contain pictures of the female, male and babies of the specie. Depending from the kind also the eggs, puppies and so on. If there is a structure behind, then missing pictures are automatically detected.
Because there is always a common structure for persons, things, cities, places, chemicals, plants, animals and so on there should be also used a common structure behind of it. Then for newbies it is easy possible to create articles in the right way and for experts check if something is missing.
Better new articles, a common style of all similar articles and automatically detection of missing parts.
