What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
Wikipedians need to move away from their desks for a bit to practice some sport.
What is your solution?[edit]
To have a program that gives like reminders of breaks and exercises of different types (like eye and body exercises). Maybe we can think of other features that Wikipedians need.
