Grants:IdeaLab/improving the UI
What Wikimedia project(s) and specific areas will you be evaluating?
Is this project measuring a specific space on a project (e.g. deletion discussions), or the project as a whole?
UI of Wikipedia as a whole
Describe your idea. How might it be implemented?
Changing the font style, font colors, and other stuff which will make the UI look more modern and thus appealing to readers especially the tech-savvy ones.
Are there experienced Wikimedians who can help implement this project?
If applicable, please list groups or usernames of individuals who you can work with on this project, and what kind of work they will do.
For a lot of peaple, it’s comfortable for the eyes to read text in a nice new font which will make them stay on the website longer.
How would your measurement idea help your community make better decisions?
After you are finished measuring or evaluating your Wikimedia project, how do you expect that information to be used to benefit the project?
Do you think you can implement this idea? What support do you need?
Do you need people with specific skills to complete this idea? Are there any financial needs for this project? If you can’t implement this project, can you scale down your project so it is doable?

About the idea creator
15 y\o, from Israel, pretty smart kid. I really like spending my time in wikipedia learning new things because knowledge is above everything. Everything new that i want to learn or read about i open immidiatly wikipedia and reading and editing wrong text if there is some. And even translate to Hebrow and creating centent.

- I sort of endorse the general idea (in spite of its fuzziness), but the first question is why? For example, what do you want to do with the additional dimension of color? Distract people and try to avoid boredom? Or provide some kind of information about the content? Actually, in the context of the EPR idea, I actually suggested using solid black for well established parts of the article, and shading into other colors to indicate certain kinds of problem. For examples, orange might indicate sections where there have been NPV problems and red might indicate sections where there are ongoing struggles about the appropriate facts to include in the article.
