What should I do?

  1. この索引をざっと読んで、皆さんが身につけた技能を誰かにシェアしたり、これから学びたい技能をキーワードに、人脈を作りたい相手を探してみませんか。
  2. 探し方のヒントをいくつか書いておきます。
    • これから学びたいと思っている技能を、すでに身につけた人を探す時にも使えますし、皆さんが自分の技能を誰かにシェアしたいと考えているなら、すでにシェアを始めている人を見つけるためにも使えます。人によっては複数の技能を備えていたり学びたいと希望することもあります。
    • 1対1でつながる相手としてマッチングするかどうか、お互いのタイムゾーンもチェックすることと、興味の対象も読んでください。
    • ここで作る人脈が有意義になるよう、プロフィール欄の情報は関連がありそうなら、一つずつ目を通しましょう。例えばこれまでにどんな経験を共有してきたか、関心分野、組織のサイズあるいは先方が扱うコンテンツなどです。
    • もちろん同じ言語ならコネクションは簡単かもしれませんが、それに縛られる必要もありません。リクエストのタイミングと要員の手配ができるかどうかはありますが、通訳のお手伝いはしています。
