More to learn

[edit]

Further details about what I would like to learn.

I chose that I want to learn about technical management (bots, programming, better wikidata tools and some projects that we do not know in the group) But also in international campaigns and contests Because it is important for us to disseminate Programs that train regional or international participants around an impact topic or activist area for a long period of time. This can help us sustain over time the interest of volunteers who edit from (and about) Paraguay.

Stories about sharing

[edit]

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share.

In interpersonal skills, community health and governance I chose the category of ""Diversity and accountability in governance functions"" because I have work experience in developing clear processes to recruit, appoint and eliminate functions according to diversity, in areas of inclusion of people with disabilities but also towards the removal of gender, ethnic and racial barriers. I think that by acquiring a little more technical knowledge of the wiki ecosystem I will be able to collaborate in that sense, to monitor the community's satisfaction with the volunteers in governance functions.
