Historically, our editor community is not open to idea of organizing off-wiki events, in-person meetings. Anonymity is very highly valued. Our group do its best to organize events while remaining respectful to editor community and tries to minimize the conflicts. As a result, now the members of the group is slowly increasing. However, we need get recommendations about how to find the right incentives and forms of motivating and recognition in such environment. Secondly, our group is building a network of potential partners in the GLAM area. But, those relations have not succesfully turned to a GLAM project with concrete results yet. All, we could do is increasing awareness about Wikimedia projects in people from GLAM sector in Türkiye. We would like to learn the ways of turning this into more concrete work.

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share.

Our group is successful at finding and establishing education partners. In five years we organized events in more than 30 universities at 15 cities. Supporting establishment of Wikipedia Clubs is a novel approach for our group in reaching out university students. Now we have 4 wikipedia students clubs established and more is on the way. We will have our first experience in making a wiki-camp in May. We will be hosting some members of Wikipedia Student Clubs in a small town and spend two days only training about Wikimedia projects and playing games. We would like share our learnings as we build such experiences.
