Volunteer management and development: (i.e defining and managing tasks, creating the right incentives and forms of recognition, monitoring engagement, volunteer development opportunities staff/volunteer relations) I would like to make it easy and fun to join and be a member of this great community, I had to learn a lot on my own before even joining the telegram team, I also think that the teams I joined on WhatsApp are not effective, in that there is hardly daily standup, chat, or engagements.
