Grants:Processing/Grantee Portal/Frequently Asked Questions
This page documents a process common to all or most of WMF's grants programs. Please don't edit this page, but please do create a discussion page instead.
Registration
I have registered with Fluxx but haven't received login details?
[edit]Registrations are reviewed manually. Please allow 2-3 business days for you to receive a registration confirmation email requesting for you to choose a password. Email <grantsadmin
wikimedia.org> if 3 business days have passed and you have not heard back from us, and the email is not in your spam folder. You do not need to register again if you don't receive the confirmation email immediately. It can take up to 3 business days to process your registration request. Check out this page to learn more about Registration.
I want to apply on behalf of a group or organization, but I don’t see it listed in Grantee Portal (Fluxx). What should I do?
[edit]Organization and group profiles in Fluxx are linked to user accounts manually. If you did not request to create or be linked to an organization or group during registration, you have the following options:
- Submit a new registration request and indicate that you would like to register as a group, organization, or Wikimedia Affiliate.
- Email <grantsadmin
wikimedia.org> to request that your account be linked to an existing organization profile in the Grantee Portal (Fluxx). Add Fluxx registration in the email subject.
