El proyecto se basa en los programas de Educación, Cultura, patrimonio y GLAM, Genero y diversidad, soporte y compromiso comunitario, campañas y concurso wiki en base a enfoques.

Se desarrollan 4 enfoques “Enfoque de bienes comunes digitales, Enfoque de la brecha colonial del conocimiento, Enfoque intercultural y trabajo con organizaciones/comunidades indígenas, Enfoque de interoperabilidad y open data (Wikimedia–OSM)”

Para el desarrollo de estos enfoques se busca continuar con la implementación de las estrategias del proyecto anterior, que se desarrollaron en 3 regiones del Perú.

En Pucallpa, Se firmaron memorándums de entendimiento con 3 socios estratégicos regionales, resaltando la experiencia compartida que impulso el desarrollo de talleres, coorganización de eventos, intercambios culturales y formación equipos de trabajo pudiendo fortalecer la relación institucional y formativa de los estudiantes y los miembros de la comunidad.

Este año se busca continuar con estas estrategias e implementar otras que logren fortalecer de mejor manera yo la planteado en el proyecto anterior, por lo cual se busca implementar un curso específico con temáticas de Wikimedia dentro de un semestre lectivo de instituciones superiores, con las comunidades nativas se buscara generar un museo relacionado a la Cultura “Tutishcainyo” en base a información recolectada en el repositorio de Commons. De igual manera busca desarrollar espacios formativos para el registro etnográfico de las comunidades de la zona de influencia de la cuenca de la laguna Yarinacocha con Universidades.

En Lima se viene trabajando con 4 socios estratégicos, (UNMSM, PUCP, Hospital Victor Larco Herrera y la Mesa de concertación del adulto mayor del Distrito de Carmen de la legua). En San Marcos se utilizó la estrategia de divulgación de actividades de Wikimedia y concursos de Wikiloves, así como temáticas de genero y territorio, En la PUCP se plantearon talleres con colectivos universitarios en relación con la Biblioteca de Ciencias Sociales, generando datos para Wikimedia Commons, Wikipedia y Wikidata. En el Distrito de Carmen de la Legua se buscó cortar la brecha tecnológica (Alfabetización digital) de adultos mayores, introduciendo a los participantes Wikimedia Commons. En el Hospital Victor Larco Herrera se firmó un convenio con la Biblioteca del Hospital lo que permitió el desarrollo actividades para la creación de datos relacionados al tema de salud mental en Wikipedia y Wikimedia Commons.

Este año se buscará el fortalecimiento de convenios interinstitucionales con la totalidad de nuestros socios estratégicos, así como ampliar la cantidad de socios en la región Lima teniendo como antecedente las actividades planteadas el año anterior, buscando superar las métricas resultantes.

En Cusco se desarrollaron actividades con 3 socios estratégicos regionales, se desarrollaron estrategias relacionadas al registro del patrimonio cultural y natural de la Región del Cusco, generando talleres, fotocaminatas, salidas de campo especializados por temática, así como la relación interinstitucional con círculos de estudios universitarios para su incorporación y formación en temáticas de Wikimedia. De igual manera se destaca la participación de la región en las campañas Wikiloves, asi como la utilización del repositorio digital de Commons para el desarrollo de mapas utilizados en el sector del turismo de la región, logrando primeros acercamientos con gobiernos locales que buscan implementar esta información en sus distritos.

Este año como estrategia se busca generar convenios con las municipalidades interesadas en la utilización de los registros de commons, de igual manera se fortalecerá el registro de los bienes patrimoniales culturales y naturales, en relación con comunidades campesinas y universidades de la región, así también se buscará el desarrollo de un “Evento internacional de Wikimedia: Sobre bienes comunes y experiencias Wikimedistas”.

Por ultimo se plantea el desarrollo de estrategias transversales en las regiones donde se ejecutará el proyecto, como la producción de material didáctico y difusión científica, actualización y capacitaciones virtuales en herramientas wiki, para mejorar las habilidades y conocimientos de los ejecutantes del proyecto.

Instituto Superior Público Pedagógico Bilingüe de Yarinacocha y las otras organizaciones que participaron en la organización del Seminario Poder, lenguas indígenas e internet se proponen firmar un convenio de articulación y colaboración para la investigación relacionada a la diversidad cultural y lingüística del Perú. Con ellos esperamos dar inicio a proyectos que logren abrir incubadoras de Wikipedia en lenguas amazónicas.

Fortalecer la relación con la mesa de concertación del adulto mayor en Carmen de la Legua Reynoso, esperamos profundizar en los ejercicios de transmisión tecnológica entre generaciones. Los estudiantes universitarios se articulan a estas dinámicas a través de ejercicios de alfabetización digital entre otras actividades de divulgación científica. Los adultos mayores aprenden mas herramientas para el registro multimedia en Wikimedia Commons de la historia de su distrito.

Por otro lado, con el Club de observadores de aves del Perú - San Salvador tenemos una mejor cobertura fotográfica para los concursos relacionados al medio ambiente, flora y fauna del Perú. Especialmente importante puesto que nos abre las puertas a una serie de espacios especializados en fotografía que son importantes para las convocatorias de concursos Wiki Loves.

Nos gustaría establecer vínculos de cooperación con la comunidad de Wikimedia en Brasil sobre temas de Amazonía, diversidad cultural, racismo.

Implementaremos actividades formativas y de divulgación científica con la comunidades shipibas que viven en la zona de influencia de la laguna de Yarinacocha.

Buscar articulación gubernamental con las gerencias de turismo de las municipalidades de la región del Cusco.

Fortalecer la articulación con el museo de arte popular de Cusco.

Por último, y como hemos venido haciendo, profundizaremos los vínculos de los grupos de investigación con sus propias universidades.
