(required): Yes; 日本最大の図書教育分野のフォーラム「図書館総合展2025」に出展し、その運営委員会や事務局と協力しながら、その広報力と知名度を活用する予定である。そのほか、地元及び日本各地において主に『ウイキペディアでまちおこし』（2023年12月出版）に触発され、自らの地域でもウィキペディアタウンに取り組みたいと主張する地方団体から相談を受け、講師あるいはテーブルファシリテーターとしてチーム・メンバーのうちWikipedia編集サポートの実力に秀でた者を１～3名派遣する予定が、2025年3月時点で5団体の相談に応じており、うち2地域が実施時期も確定し計画準備段階にある。例年通りであれば、これは今後１年間に10～15件ほどに増える見込みとなる。

日本では大多数の人がWikipediaの影響力を理解し、情報源として利用している一方で、Wikipediaを信用できないものと考えてそこに間違いや情報の不足を感じても、自らは編集しようとしません。その行動しない理由の多く、Wikipediaに対する不信感の多くは、Wikipediaの様々な方針や可能性が一般にはあまり知られていないことに起因します。近年では大手の通信会社など大規模ネットワーク回線の多くが、Wikipedia日本語版から投稿やアカウント作成をできないように規制されていて、オフラインエディタソンの参加者のなかでWikipediaのアカウントを作成できない生活環境にいることが判明する人が急増している状況も確認されています。オンラインネットワークの中からは見えない部分で、私たちは非常に多くの新規参入者に対して扉を閉ざしている現状があり、それは普及しているネットワーク回線の種類が少ない地方の小都市や離島ほど顕著です。私は、私の地元である京都府北部地域に縁があり、Wikipediaに好感を抱いている有志のグループedit Tangoのメンバーのとともに日本の各地で地域エディタソン（ウィキペディアタウン）を開催、または、開催したいと希望する初心者の人々に協力します。具体的には、それらの企画が可能な限りよい成果を得られるよう、講師・ファシリテーターまたは一般参加の編集者として協力します。私はこうした地域エディタソンを支援するため、Wikipedia日本語版においてアカウント作成者権限等を取得しており、エディタソンの現場でアカウントを作成できず編集参加を妨げられる人が生じないように備えます。私自身が現地入りすることが難しいイベントでは、代わりに参加できるウィキペディアンや主催者にあらかじめ連絡をとり、必要に応じて新規アカウントをすぐに作成・提供できる連絡網を構築します。私はこうした新規参入者やウィキペディアンではないエディタソンの新規企画者の支援と、その情報をウィキペディアコミュニティと共有するため、日頃から毎週、定期的にGoogle等で「ウィキペディアタウン」というワードを網羅的に検索してイベント開催情報を発見し、Wikipedia日本語版のプロジェクトページに掲載していく情報収集を行っており、その共有情報はウィキメディア日本語版ユーザーグループの発信するメールマガジンの「おしらせ」に活用されています。私は今回更新を希望するこの一般支援基金で雇用する有償スタッフにより、こうしたエディタソン開催情報をより広域に届け、ウィキメディア運動に関心がありつつもこれまでその入口にたどり着けないでいた人々が、ウィキペディアタウン等のオフライン・エディタソンに参加することで活路を見出すことができるよう、各種のSNSやブログ、約２万人の読者がいる図書館総合展のメールマガジンでの情報発信・共有を活性化させたいと考えています。同時に、すでに数年以上ウィキペディア編集活動に参加しているものの、質の高い新規項目を独力で作成することは困難な初心者のつまづきの原因を探り、百科事典らしい記事の骨格や構成を自動生成できる生成AIプロンプトの研究をすすめ、誤情報の拡散にならない適切なAI活用を指導します。適切なAI活用の指導は私が本職である学校図書館司書の仕事としてすでに学習を始めている分野であり、実現可能性は高いと考えています。現時点で計画しているプロジェクトは、次の５点です。 №１　Wikipediaアウトリーチイベント情報の広報活動　７～12月　1日3ｈ×週5日　（SNS定期配信, Diff日本語・英語, 総合展ページ作成各種, ホームページ、プロジェクトページ作成等） №２　図書館総合展フォーラム　で「ウィキペディア展覧会」を開催・5月24日（土）を中心に【フォーラムin茨木】（於・茨木市文化・子育て複合施設「おにクル」など）・6月21日～7月4日（14日間）　【オンライン開催_その１】・10月22・23・24日（水・木・金）【会場開催】（於・パシフィコ横浜ホールCほか）　＆前日設営21日（火）　　・11月10日～23日（14日間）　　・2026年6月【会場開催】 №３　地域エディタソン（ウィキペディアタウンまたはマッピングパーティ）の開催支援 №４　編集勉強会・企画相談会　　・オフライン　　隔月１回（年間6回）目標　　・オンライン　　隔週１回（年間24回）目標 №５　新規記事骨格の自動生成プロンプトの研究

11月までは図書館総合展でのウィキペディア展覧会の開催と広報を重点を置きつつ、地域エディタソンの開催支援や新規参入者のフォローを各地の要望に応じて行う。12月～4月までは地元においても降雪によりエディタソン開催は難しくなることから、この時期にはZoomなどオンラインを中心にメンバーのスキルアップ研修と各種コンテンツの作成や研究に励みたい。

2019年に地域住民の数名とともにedit Tangoを結成以来、100以上のエディタソンに関わってきました。そのなかで、数十名のウィキペディアユーザーと知り合い、時に協働してきましたが、エディタソンで初心者とともにWikipediaに項目を作成していくには、必ずしも編集経験が豊富なウィキペディアンが適しているわけではなく、編集経験は浅くともWikipediaの充実によって何を得たいか、エディタソンへの参加目的の近い者同士で協働するほうが、新規参入者の継続率が高く、長い目で見て多くの成果を得られることを実感しました。その経験から、各企画ごとに、地域のニーズと対立しない角度からのアプローチで新規参入者が楽しくウィキメディア運動に参加できるメンバーに協力を依頼し、だれもが心理的・金銭的負担なく活動できる相手と提携する予定です。特に地方でのウィキペディアタウン開催にあたっては、参加者を公募することは時に困難であることから、できるだけその地域で活動する社会人グループや教育機関などの外部の団体と連携します。2024年は実際に２度、自分自身は参加していないイベント会場からのヘルプ・コールに応じて新規アカウントを作成・提供し、それらのイベントが滞りなく行われるのを援けました。2024年に行われたエディタソンでアカウントを代理で作成し新規参入者を支援した件数は、私個人の対応した記録だけでも54件ありました。このプロジェクトの約7割の予算は、これら、いまはウィキペディアに関心がなくとも、潜在的にそのニーズを持つ人々にもアプローチできる場である図書館総合展フォーラムに「ウィキペディア展覧会」を出展させ、様々な分野で活動する不特定多数のウィキメディアンにその経験から学び得たスキルを一般社会に還元するアウトリーチの機会を提供することに使われます。この取り組みは2022年からノウハウを蓄積し、2024年には10人以上のウィキメディアンがなんらかの形で協力し、本展の3日間だけで10以上のウィキメディアのアウトリーチ企画を実行しました。2025年もすでに複数名のウィキメディアンが協力参加を約束してくれています。また、このフォーラムに出展することで、私たちはこのフォーラム事務局が持つ約2万人の図書館・学術教育分野の関係者に週１回送られるメールマガジンに、ウィキメディアの情報を紹介するチャンスを年間を通して得ることができるため、これを有効活用し、私たちのチームの活動以外のウィキメディア運動も広く紹介し、一般社会へのウィキメディアへの理解を広めていくことを計画しています。
