Notre plan d'actions s'inscrit dans la stratégie 2024-2027 de Wikimedia Côte d'Ivoire. Après 2 ans de mise en oeuvre instructive, nous comptons poursuivre dans notre lancée en 2026, 2027 et 2028, en capitalisant les nombreux acquis dans l'extension de nos zones d'intérêt. Pour ce faire, nous adopterons en AG l'extension de la stratégie 2024 - 2027, à l'année 2028. Ce qui permettra de consolider les nombreux acquis de la stratégie 2427, tout en préparant sereinement la stratégie 2029-2034. Les années 2 (2027) et 3 (2028) de cette nouvelle demande seront à la fois marquée par la consolidation et la prospective.

Notre stratégie repose sur 5 axes qui mis en oeuvre devraient contribuer à faire de Wikimedia CI la principale infrastructure de la connaissance libre en Côte d'Ivoire. Ces axes constituent les déterminants de notre action de promouvoir la connaissance libre. Ce sont les contenus locaux, les partenariats stratégiques, le développement institutionnel, les ressources humaines et la perennité du financement de nos activités. Interdépendants, ces axes stratégiques s'influencent mutuellement, se supportant ou s'imbriquant selon les projets, programmes et autres initiatives.

Nous entretenons des collaboration avec les GLAM locaux (Commission nationale de l’UNESCO, APSIDCI), le Club RFI Abidjan, la Mairie de Man, le Lycée Technique et Professionnel de Man. Nous avons également des actions avec d'autres communautés Wikimedia : Igbo Wikimedia User Group, OFWA, Wikimedia Togo, Wikimedia RDC.

Par exemple, la collaboration avec le Club RFI pour la documentation du WikiFemua a débouché sur la sollicitation dudit club pour d’autres festival, notamment le Popo Carnaval de Bonoua et le Djaka Festival de Divo. D’ailleurs, le Club RFI a pu obtenir un rapid grant pour déployer le Wiki Djaka Festival.

La célébration de l’Open Data Day 2025 in Côte d’Ivoire a été, par exemple, l’occasion pour Wikimedia Côte d’Ivoire de laisser ses marques dans une nouvelle communauté, notamment celle des données ouvertes, bénéficiant par la même occasion d’un financement de la Communauté africaine des données ouvertes (Cafdo).

Chargé de la supervision de l'ensemble du staff, la Directrice exécutive sera assistée de Assistantes projets/programmes et d'un chargé du développement.

Nous prévoyons également 1 Responsable Administratif/ve & financier/e, qui supervisera la Comptable, son Assistant/e comptable et la Chargé/e des Moyens Généraux.
