Carma Miradayanti: is an active member of the Wikimedia Denpasar community, She is a lecturer at Udayana University in the Old Javanese Program. Her contribution to Wikimedia focuses on Wikisource and Wiktionary. Her expertise is reading Balinese manuscripts. She has experiences leading communication with local communities in Bali. Ari Suprapta: member of Wikimedia community, active in Wikidata, He is a lecturer at Udayana University in the Old Javanese Program. Wayan Kasu: Contributor in Wikimedia platforms especially wikidata. He got involved in several digitalization projects in Bali such as DREAMSEA Project and WILMA project. He will provide technical support for project, ensure wikidata and wikisource integration, Gesram Dwijayana Ida Bagus: contributor in Wikimedia platforms, He is an active contributor to Wikisource and Wikidata, and his expertise is conducting data quality control and leading the workshop and outreach. Oka Suryawan is contributor in wikidata, he is expert to reading Balinese manuscripts and making catalogs.

The project also works with local universities in Bali to involve students in educational workshops and outreach activities. Internally, WikiSami collaborates with Wikimedia community members active in Bali.
