2025年維基百科亞洲月用戶組基於以下三項理由，擬定我們的年度戰略目標：

1. 亞洲月用戶組需要更完善的組織架構亞洲月用戶組在臺灣成功申請成立人民團體後，根據過去一年的計畫，已招聘專員統籌亞洲月事務，並招募各區域的大使負責推動所在區域的線下活動。目前也正在進一步籌組國際指導委員會，未來為拓展用戶組業務，工作團隊結構的完善以及持續加強組織運作與資源整合，將能為亞洲月的長期發展奠定穩固的基礎。

2. 亞洲區域社群需要多元的合作過去一年，亞洲月賽事無論在社群參與數量或是條目提交數量方面，較前年有顯著提升。然而，亞洲區域礙於語言以及地利隔閡，區域內部的社群合作仍顯不足，許多區域間的聯繫和協作仍處於起步階段。為了進一步擴大亞洲月的影響力，我們需要加強亞洲區域內的多元合作，促進不同語言、文化與背景的社群間的交流與合作，從而提升亞洲月賽事的可持續性。

3. 亞洲月賽事需要強化推廣並優化執行層面亞洲月賽事在推廣力度和賽事執行方面仍有提升空間。許多新手並不清楚如何加入這個賽事，或是在使用賽事工具上遇到瓶頸，為了進一步擴大參與者的範圍並提升參與賽事的體驗，我們希望加強賽事的推廣及入門教學工作，特別是在社群媒體與線下活動的宣傳上。此外，優化賽事的頁面以及工具設計，將有助於提供使用者友善的賽事介面及使用體驗，確保賽事運作更加順利。

綜合上述理由，我們的2025年戰略共有三項： 1. 擴大賽事並使其多元化：在確保亞洲月活動運作順利的前提下，進一步擴大亞洲月賽事的規模以及與不同維基專案的合作。透過持續優化賽事流程，提供更完善的參賽指引，加強與國際及本地社群的聯動參與，擴大亞洲月影響力並持續成長。

2. 強化與各類社群之間的合作和聯結：由代表不同區域之國際指導委員會之成員邀請亞洲的維基社群加入賽事的組織工作，尤其積極支持和拓展亞洲小語言社群，並與維基媒體運動的其他專案，如維基導遊進行合作；其次也與非維基社群，如關注本地文化、人文、人權、性別、環境等議題的組織合作，增加亞洲月的多元、包容性。

3. 數位平台優化：進一步提升數位平台的功能，逐步實現Fountain Tool優化工作，提升賽事數據管理之效能。活化社群媒體，提供更高互動性的服務，使參與者與用戶組之間的溝通渠道更加順暢。

[Operation Team] 營運與行政除了現有ED-Betty2407統籌本計畫之外，將新雇用一名全職員工協助會計、社群媒體經營相關事宜。

[Fountain Tool Contractor] 與Fountain Tool相關的部分，預計由目前委託之外部合作者，繼續完成此項工具優化，在完成任務的情況之下支應委託專案費用。

[Campaign Organizor Volunteers] 亞洲月各語言的賽事，則是由各語言自主舉辦，由不同語言的社群決定由誰擔任主辦者。

[Ambassadors] 2024年亞洲月已經順利招募了亞洲區域四位大使，分別為Borschts、Santhosh Notagar99、Batyrbek.kz以及Avicenno，大使將負責個區域的賽事宣傳以及線下活動經費申請及活動支援。

[Steering Committee] 2024年亞洲月預計成立Steering Committee來作為亞洲月最高指導委員會，目前成員招募中，預計2025年4-5月遴選結果將會出爐。

[Supporting Team] 維基媒體台灣、Fountain Tool維運志工，包含以下用戶：Reke, Joycewikiwiki, NHC，WMTW的成員做為輔導WAM成立的重要角色，將在新的年度持續提供亞洲月技術支援。
