النشاط الأول: مسابقة الذكرى الواحدة والعشرين لويكيبيديا العربية (12 يوليو 2025 - 30 أغسطس 2025) تركيز المسابقة: صيانة المقالات وتحسين جودة المحتوى. 1. مرحلة التخطيط: تحديد الفئات والمقالات ذات الأولوية للمشاركين. تم تطوير خطة شاملة تحدد: جودة المقالة ومعايير المحتوى، وأهلية المشاركين ومتطلباتهم، والمبادئ التوجيهية التحريرية للمسابقة، وآليات التحكيم. إنشاء صفحة المسابقة على ويكيبيديا العربية [1]
2. مرحلة الترويج: أُعلان عن المسابقة عبر ميدان ويكيبيديا العربية/الميدان، وقنوات التواصل الاجتماعي، والبانر في ويكيبيديا العبية لمدة 15 يوم. إشراك المشاركين في المجتمع برسائل إرشادية على صفحات نقاش المستخدمين. 3. مدة المسابقة: 7 أسابيع. عمل المشاركون على صيانة وتحسين قائمة المقالات التي قمنا بإعدادها: إضافة صناديق المعلومات، وإزالة القوالب اليتيمة من المقالات، وإضافة مراجع للمقالات التي لا تحتوي على مراجع.
4. مرحلة التحكيم: استمرت لمدة 4 أسابيع بعد انتهاء المسابقة. الحكم على أساس جودة المساهمات والالتزام بقواعد المنافسة.
5. المرحلة النهائية: إعلان النتائج [2] وقائمة المساهمين وعدد المساهمات والنقاط المحصل عليها. إرسال الجوائز للفائزين وتجميع الدروس المستفادة.
النشاط الثاني: مسابقة ويكي اقتباس العربية لتحسين المقروئية 2025 (20 سبتمبر 2025 - 12 أكتوبر 2025)
تركيز المسابقة: مسابقة ويكي اقتباس العربية إلى إثراء محتوى مشروع ويكي اقتباس باللغة العربية، ورفع مستوى جودته وموثوقيته. 1. مرحلة التخطيط: إنشاء صفحة الحملة على ويكي الاقتباس العربية [3] مع إرشادات مفصلة حول المشاركة في المسابقات، وقوائم المقالات، والشروط والأحكام. 2. مرحلة الترويج: تم الترويج للمنافسة عبر ميدان ويكيبيديا العربية للمشاريع الشقيقة، وقنوات التواصل الاجتماعي، والتواصل المباشر مع المستخدم. إعلانات لافتة مميزة على ويكي الاقتباس العربية ورسائل على صفحات نقاش المستخدم لضمان المشاركة. 3. مدة المسابقة: 3 أسابيع. ركز المشاركون على تحسين وإضافة المحتوى المتعلق بمنطقة المينا على ويكي الاقتباس العربي.
4. مرحلة التحكيم: استمرت لمدة 4 أسابيع بعد انتهاء المسابقة. الحكم بناءً على تحسين المحتوى وعدد التعديلات ومدى ملاءمتها لأهداف الحملة. 5. المرحلة النهائية: إعلان النتائج [4] وقائمة المساهمين وعدد المساهمات والنقاط المحصل عليها. إرسال الجوائز للفائزين.

رؤية واضحة: كان لكلا المسابقتين هدف واضح وهو تحسين جودة المحتوى وزيادة المشاركة. الترويج الفعال: إعلانات البانر، ورسائل صفحة نقاش المستخدم للمشاركين المهتمين بشكل منتظم، والتواصل عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تضمن مشاركة واسعة النطاق. التخطيط التفصيلي: سهلت المبادئ التوجيهية الشاملة للمشاركين ومعايير التحكيم التفصيلية التنفيذ السلس. النهج المستهدف: أدى اختيار فئات ومناطق محددة (المقالات ذات الأولوية لويكيبيديا العربية والمحتوى العربي لويكي الاقتباس) إلى نتائج أكثر تأثيرًا.
