・図書館総合展に出展し、ブース展示、フォーラム（対面＆オンライン）登壇、ウィキメディア・エディタソンを実施した。その結果、ウィキメディア・ムーブメントについて幅広い広報ができたと同時に、これまで連携が希薄だった日本のコミュニティ内の連携を強化することができた。 ・成果達成のためには、オンラインでの頻繁な情報共有に加え、ウィキメディアンどうしの対面での交流が大切だと考え、あらゆる機会を利用してそれを実施した。

You can recall these learning questions below: 参加者はウィキメディア・ムーブメントについての理解を深め、参加意欲が高まります。編集者はウィキメディア・プロジェクトの編集を一層進めるようになります。運営者はこうしたイベント運営の手法を学ぶことができます。
参加者、編集者、運営者はそれぞれ期待通り、あるいはそれ以上の成果を手にすることができた。その結果、こうした取り組みを次年度以降も実施したいという意欲を育むことができた。次年度は個人ではなく、Wikimedians of Japan User Groupを主体に実施していく計画が浮上している。
5. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities? This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences? (required)
・連携団体はもちろん、国内外の多くのウィキメディアンの協力を得ることができた。特にマレーシア、韓国、フィリピンのウィキメディアンの自主的な協力が得られたこと、またウィキボヤージュでの編集が行われたことは、全く予期しない出来事だった。イベント以前に少しずつ築いてきたネットワークが活かされた結果だと考えられる。 ・日本のウィキメディアンは図書館と特に親しい関係がある人ばかりではなかったが、このイベントによって「図書館」というものの意義をアピールできた。 ・このイベント実施により、図書館総合展運営委員会より表彰されたのは、想定外であり大変にありがたかった。ウィキメディアの外側からの評価であり、今後の展開に活かしていきたい。

・横浜エディタソンは日本語版、マレーシア語版、韓国語版、タガログ語版の4本立てで実施することになったが、参加人数の数え方が言語により異なり、うまく集計できなかった。 ・ウィキデータの集計は参加者の任意によったので難しかった。イベントメトリクスのデータとの整合性はよくわからなかった。

80,046円。スタッフの交通宿泊費は、各自が節約に努めたので予算より少なくて済んだ。また全員2泊で予定を組んだが、都合により1泊の人が2人いた。機材費はレンタル機材を使用しなかったので全額余った。

助成金は700,000円で申請が通りましたが、送金手数料2,500円が差し引かれて振り込まれ、受け取ったのは697,500円でした。従って返金する額は、それから使用した617,454円を差し引いた金額、80,046円になります。返金にかかった手数料は、海外送金手数料7,500円＋円為替取扱手数料2,500円＝10,000円でした。
