在台灣攝影相關的展覽、出版或評論書寫中，我們經常會面臨到一些情況：即便是當代有許多優秀的女性攝影師展露頭角，然而他們的名字，直至今日在一眾攝影師、聯展、藝術論著中，或是相關情境的創作現場中仍屬於少數。於此同時，他們的作品資料則更加零散、缺乏系統性的彙整；展覽與出版的紀錄，亦往往不容易被查找與延伸引用。
因此，當這些女性攝影師的資料欠缺系統化的整理時，也意味著他們難以成為後續被持續研究的對象，或是缺乏在藝文教育現場與公共情境中被討論的契機。而當這些女性創作者與作品的名稱，難以被搜尋與查找時，將更加容易地被人們漸漸忽略，甚至遺忘。
今日，專門研究或出版台灣女性攝影師的專書仍寥寥可數，我們認為許多優秀女性攝影師在歷史、藝術、教育與文化上的貢獻，尚未被充分建構。本計畫「台灣女性攝影家文獻建置」的初步目標，便是以補足台灣女性攝影師在開放知識平台中的資料缺口為核心，從 Lightbox 攝影圖書室的圖書館藏出發，逐步整理並建立女性攝影師相關的 Wikidata 條目，借助 Wikidata 的高度串聯、與開放知識平台的特色，提升其在全球開放知識系統中的可見度與研究可用性。
在成果方面，本計畫共完成 121 筆條目，其中包含 9 位攝影師、25 本攝影出版品、73 件攝影作品，以及 14 篇相關論文。整體活動共累積 26 人次參與，包含 3 場工作坊。按原計畫前兩場以內部教育訓練與實作工作坊為主，第三場則開放對外招募參與者。
▪︎ 第一場工作坊：講師帶領團隊從基礎理解 Wikidata 的運作方式，並實際練習建立攝影師、攝影書與作品條目。 ▪︎ 第二場工作坊：針對資料建置進度與遇到的問題進行討論與調整，並由講師從旁協助釐清遭遇問題。 ▪︎ 第三場工作坊：邀請對攝影、女性議題、資料鏈結有興趣的大眾認識 Wikidata，團隊成員協助教學，一同建立台灣女性攝影師相關學術論文與公共機構館藏作品的條目，進一步擴展資料的深度與連結性。
這次的建置計畫策略，是採取「先內部培力，再對外擴散」的方式。透過前兩場與核心工作成員的工作坊，團隊先逐步建立共通的資料結構與編輯流程，讓後續的外部工作坊能更順利地帶領參與者們投入本計畫，也更能夠提升條目建置的效率與品質。
另一個很重要的工作方法，則是以 Lightbox 獨有的攝影書籍館藏作為資料核心。從 Lightbox 長期累積的攝影書與研究資源出發，不僅讓條目內容更扎實，也讓攝影師、出版品、作品與論文等資料之間能形成彼此連結的知識網絡。
對我們來說，這次計畫不只是完成條目數量，更重要的是建立了一套適合攝影文化資料的工作方法，也讓更多人一起參與台灣女性攝影史的書寫與保存。這些成果將成為未來持續擴充的重要基礎。

在申請這項計畫時，我們最希望學習的，是如何更有效地運用 Wikidata 彙整攝影相關鏈結資料，依據此概念建構台灣女性攝影師的相關數位條目資料，並進一步思考開放知識如何藉此拓展文化保存與回應研究的需求。實際執行後，我們最大的收穫，不只是學會了系統操作，還有對鏈結資料、作品理解與協作方法有了更深的體會。
首先，在資料建構上，我們透過兩次的實作工作坊，逐漸摸索出一套較適合攝影資料的工作方式，包含人物、出版品與作品之間的關聯建立，以及如何透過可靠來源提升資料品質。雖然初期常因屬性選擇而反覆嘗試，但也正是在這些摸索中，我們慢慢理解 Wikidata 的邏輯，搭配適合現有資料與相關內容的查找，並建立出自己的工作節奏。
更重要的是，這個過程讓我們重新理解攝影作品的特性。實際整理館藏時，我們更深刻的體會到攝影書很多時候不只是作品的載體，很多時候它本身就是一件完整的創作。這讓我們認知到，資料建置不只是追求數量，更要尊重作品原本的脈絡與觀看方式，以期待建立更加明確而實用的資料。
在社群合作方面，我們也累積了很寶貴的經驗。第一次活動，我們先邀請講師針對 Lightbox 工作夥伴進行培訓、學習先備知識；接著透過第二場的實作練習，討論並建立一套共同的工作方法；再延伸到第三場對外部有志參與者進行招募的培力工作坊，期待讓更多人能夠在這樣的工作方法下，學習建構女性攝影師的資料條目，認識這樣的基礎工作，能夠為這個議題帶來什麼樣的助力。透過分階段的培力，我們能夠更加有效地提升參與者的理解與資料品質，也讓後續的資料維護工作更加順利。
未來，我們希望延續並持續完善化這次所建立的方法，補充台灣女性攝影師的資料，並將這套流程應用到更多攝影文化資源上，例如攝影書籍、展覽、評論與研究文獻。同時，也期待把這些教學經驗分享給更多攝影、圖書館與開放知識社群夥伴，一起讓文化資料被更完整地保存與看見。
對我們來說，這次學到的不只是平台工具的使用，而是一種更細緻理解後設資料、並與他人共同協作的方法。這會成為我們未來持續前進的重要基礎。

因為需要讓參與者先認識數位資料開放的公共性與重要性，在執行活動的過程中，最讓我們驚喜的是對外招募的培力工作坊的報名情況，比預期地更加踴躍。且參與者的背景非常多元，除了攝影與圖書資訊相關領域，也有 AI 與資工背景的朋友、攝影愛好者、淡水維基館工讀生、編輯、藝術行政、創作者等，以及單純因為對 Lightbox 感到好奇而來參加的人們。年齡層也涵蓋大學生到社會人士，讓我們感受到這個議題比想像中更能引起人們的共鳴。 更珍貴的是，大家不只對台灣女性攝影議題有興趣，也很好奇 Wikidata 與攝影資料之間可以如何連結，並進一步討論這些資料未來是否能應用在攝影研究與知識整理上。這些現場交流讓我們很受鼓舞，也看見了攝影資料開放後更大的可能性。 這次最大的學習是，當議題足夠清楚、方法夠友善時，真的能吸引不同背景的人一起加入。這讓我們更相信，開放知識不只是資料整理工具，也是一個讓更多人一起參與文化保存與研究的入口。

我們希望將這次計畫累積的經驗，整理成更多人都能延續使用的知識資源。目前已完成一篇本次計畫的執行心得與反思的文章，整理並分享我們在資料建置、社群協作與流程摸索過程中的實際經驗。另外，我們也正著手整理一份「台灣女性攝影師 Wikidata 建置工作手冊」，將條目建立流程、欄位填寫原則與實作 SOP 進行系統化梳理，期望能讓社群成員、實習生，以及未來參與工作坊的夥伴，都能更容易上手並直接應用。
除了文字經驗的整理，我們也將這次計畫中建立與盤點的女性攝影師攝影書整理成主題書單，提供讀者更容易查找與借閱，讓 Wikidata 的資料建置能進一步回到實體館藏的閱讀與研究使用情境中。
同時，這次計畫也幫助我們更完整地盤點館內的台灣女性攝影師及其作品資源。這份盤點成果不僅有助於未來持續補充 Wikidata，也將成為後續策展、研究推廣與館藏發展的重要基礎。
對我們來說，分享不只是成果展示，更希望把這次累積的方法轉化成可持續使用的工具，讓更多關心攝影、圖書館與開放知識的夥伴，都能更容易加入這項工作。

第一場工作坊剛好遇到 dashboard 儀表板當機，部分紀錄永久遺失，統計數字有誤差，導致資料搜集有難度
此外，我們確實遇到一些挑戰。首先，在盤點台灣女性攝影師的館藏資源時，發現出版 3 本以上攝影書的創作者數量比預期更少，使得可延伸建立的條目基礎受到限制。
此外，攝影作品的特性也與其他藝術形式不同。許多作品並非單一影像，而是由多張照片、甚至整本經過編排的攝影書共同構成一個完整的創作。因此，在 Wikidata 中要將作品拆分並建立條目時，需要更謹慎判斷，這也讓條目數的成長速度比原先預期來得緩慢。
面對這樣的情況，我們後來調整策略，擴展資料類型的範圍，將重點從單一作品延伸至相關學術論文，並整理目前已建立的 9 位女性攝影師之研究資料，一併建置於 Wikidata 中。這樣的做法不僅回應了原先條目數不足的問題，也讓資料之間形成更完整的連結，有助於跨平台的整合與後續研究使用。

本次 Rapid Fund 核定補助金額為：80,000 元新台幣（USD 2,467.20），實際收到的金額為73,505 元新台幣（USD 2,325.29）。 實際支出新增主持費以及工作坊雜費，分別為 2,500元與 3,000元。講師費用在與講師協調後，變更計算單位與金額，原本金額為18,000元，變更為7,500元。
