أولًا التدريبات
الإعداد
أعددنا خطة تدريبية للمشروع الغرض منها أن تكون التدريبات مؤهِلة للمتدربين لمشاركة فعالة في ويكاموس، لذلك تضمنت التدريبات التعريف بالمعاجم العربية المطبوعة وكيفية الاستفادة منها واستخراج معاني المفردات منها، وبعض المبادئ في علم الصرف العربي، ولأن بعض المتدربين كانوا جددًا على مشاريع ويكيميديا فتضمنت التدريبات التعريف بأساسيات التحرير في مشاريع ويكيميديا.
أثناء الإعداد للتدريبات اكتشفنا بعض القصور في قوالب ووحدات ويكاموس العربي، لضرورة إصلاح الأمر وبجهودنا التطوعية، حدثنا القوالب المعنية وإصلحنا الخلل فيها استغرق التحديث فترة لا بأس بها نظرا لوجود تراكمات سابقة لعدم التوافق بين إصدارات الوحدات المستورة من ويكاموس الإنجليزي يمكن مراجعة ملخص هذه التعديلات في تقرير مساهمات المستخدم حبيشان.
كما اقترحنا بعض التعديلات التي تحتاج غلى تعديل في لإعدادات المشروع في الخادم ونفذت جميعها وهي: وضع زر الاستشهاد في الشريط الرئيس للمحرر المرئي، اقتراح نطاقين جديدين (ملحق، مكنز)، إصلاح ترتيب المفردات في التصنيفات، إلى جانب اقتراح إعدادات وإضافات تسهل عمل ويكاموس وهي ضمن صلاحيات إداريي الواجهة وثم تنفيذها عبرهم انظر هنا وهنا.
نشرنا إعلان مركزي في الميتا لكل المشاريع العربية في هذا الطلب وهو إعلان مصمم على النمط المستجيب حيث يتوافق مع عرض الكمبيوتر والجوال معًا. كما أعلنا عن التدريبات في ميدان ويكاموس وميدان المشاريع الشقيقة في ويكيبيديا ومجموعات المجتمع العربي على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وأيضا بإعلان ممول على الفيس بوك.
التنفيذ
نفذنا التدريبات حسب المخطط له عبر لقاءات على منصة زووم وأنشأنا مجموعة تلجرام للمتابعة الفورية للمتدربين وتبادل الخبرات بينهم، وتضمنت الجلسات صفحة تدريب كما هو في جدول التدريبات.
ثانيا: المسابقة
الإعداد
لاحظنا أثناء التدريبات أن أكثر المتدربين ليس لديهم معرفة بعلم الصرف وهو من العلوم الأساسية للاستفادة وإثراء المعاجم كما لاحظنا افتقار ويكاموس لكثير من مواد الأفعال وبما أن مواد الأفعال هي الركيزة الأساسية في المعاجم العربية، جعلنا المسابقة مقتصرة على الأفعال فقط لسد هذه الفجوة الكبيرة، واستفدنا من قاعدة بيانات مفتوحة المصدر لتصريفات الأفعال العربية في إعداد قوائم المسابقة، كما استفدنا من ميزة النموذج المبدئي في ويكاموس في إدراج النموذج المبدئي القياسي لكل فعل مع إدراج التصنيف الصرفي آليا من قاعدة البيانات.
كان اهتمامنا بأن يكون تركيز المشاركين في المسابقة على إثراء المادة العلمية المشروع، لذا حاولنا قدر الإمكان تحويل الأعمال الروتينية إلى أعمال آلية عبر برمجيات لذا:
- جعلنا حجز المفردات آليا، لأننا لاحظنا أثناء التدريبات أن المستخدمين يأخذون وقتا في حجز المفردات.
- جعلنا إنشاء المفردات وفق النموذج آليا، ويضع البرنامج تصريف الفعل آليا من قاعدة البيانات المشار إليها. وذلك يوفر على المستخدمين نسخ النموذج وأيضا البحث عن تصريف الفعل.
- جعلنا االتأشير على إتمام المفردة آليا أيضا.
- جعلنا وضع المفردة في سجل المشترك آليا.
- إلغاء الحجز يتم كذلك آليا.
هذه الوظائف الآلية وضعناها ضمن إضافة wiktionary2025 وكذلك وحدة wiktionary2025.
من أهداف هذه الوظائف الآلية:
- توفير وقت وجهد المستخدمين في عملهم لمهام روتينية.
- إعطاء دقة في الحجز والإضافة والتعديل وترتيب هذه العمليات بحيث لا يستطيع المستخدم إنشاء مفردة قبل حجزها، ولا يستطيع حجز أكثر من 4 مفردات، ولا يستطيع أن يعلم على إتمام مفردة إلا إذا كانت مُنشأة ومحجوزة منه.
- توفير عناء البحث عن تصريف وجذر الفعل والدقة في ذلك.
التنفيذ
بدأت المسابقة وانتهت حسب الموعد المقرر له وكانت المشاركة تفوق التوقعات مما أحوجنا إلى إضافة قائمتين إضافيتين للمفردات، وتعديل الإضافة والوحدة لاستيعابهما.
أرشدنا المستخدمين الذي كان على مشاركاتهم ملاحظات أثناء المسابقة لعمل ما هو أفضل وهذا يخدم أهداف المسابقة وهو إنشاء المحتوى باستخدام مصادر موثوقة وتدريب المستخدمين.
التحكيم
كان عدد المفردات المشاركة في المسابقة 2829 وهو عدد كبير بالنسبة للمتوقع، كان الهدف من المشروع 700 مفردة فقط. لذلك وضعنا سكربت خاص في صفحة التحكيم لإعطاء معاينة لصفحة المفردة من جدول التحكيم لسهولة المراجعة خاصة أننا لا نستطيع زيادة مخصص مكافآت المحكمين لأن الميزانية محدودة. وبحمد الله أُنجِز التحكيم وإعلان النتائج وفق ما هو مقرر له بعد أسبوع من نهاية المسابقة.
