There are over 600 or more articles on Central Kanuri Wikipedia incubator that are stubs and have no references.or citations. These articles lack not just sufficient information but also reliable independent sources to make them be fully considered standard Wikipedia articles. We will be able to see that this project addresses the above challenges or problems by recruiting new volunteers and engaging them together with the existing ones in training on how to edit, improve add references and create new articles on Central Kanuri Wikipedia incubator. As the wiki is about to get it's site soon more engagement and standard articles are needed. We will organize 2 edit-a-thons and 1 online Meetup where the participants will have full understanding and knowledge of how Central Kanuri Wikipedia incubator works; by teaching them how to create articles from scratch, how to improve existing articles, how to add reference and citations to the articles created . And we will teach them how to use the content translation tool which central Kanuri was added to recently for easy articles creation.

Our plan activities would be 2 physical training/edit-aton and 1 online meet-ups. 1. Online Meetup. Facilitate remote training session using Zoom meeting. This session can be structured as interactive webinar or virtual Workshop, covering fundamental topics such as navigating Wikipedia, comprehending its editing interface, citation protocols, and optimal approaches for contributing to Wikimedia projects. 2. Edit-a-thons. We will Organize 2 edit-a-thons where the participants will have full understanding and knowledge of how Central Kanuri Wikipedia incubator works; like teaching them how to create articles from scratch, how to improve existing articles, how to add references and citations to the articles created/improved and how to use the content translation tool. how to cleanup the existing articles by improving them as well as creating new contents.
3. Social media.
We will use our social media channels to share fliers to attract more contributors and Audiences .
4.Mentorship. will proceed to adding the participants to our opened WhatsApp and telegram group to continue mentoring and guiding the participants more in areas where they're weak and retain them through the social media channels to continue coaching and motivating them to continue contributing to Central Kanuri Wikipedia and other Wikipedia sister projects.
