Le projet 2026 prolongera la phase 2025 par une mission de terrain de trois semaines au Rwanda.
Les activités principales seront : visiter les mémoriaux prioritaires, prendre des photographies libres, relever les coordonnées, vérifier les informations publiques disponibles sur place, puis enrichir les articles Wikipédia et les éléments Wikidata correspondants.
Le travail éditorial sera organisé par lots géographiques : préparation des sources, visite, sauvegarde des photos, téléversement sur Commons, amélioration de Wikidata, rédaction en français, puis traduction en anglais et en kinyarwanda. Cette méthode réduit les oublis et rend le corpus plus homogène.
