This seed project is half decode and half outreach. Decode (50%): I will produce a new, outreach-friendly Possibility/Falsifiability Sheet (already drafted in v1), finish a second, fuller sheet now underway, and create 3–5 micropackets for specific Indus seals: (1) an annotated image, (2) an A/B overlay showing alternative readings, (3) a three-color falsifiability sheet, and (4) sourced Wikidata statements. I’ll log bi-weekly Commons updates so the community can watch progress. The method and first case (CL2/buffalo) are already defined in my paper and visuals. Outreach (50%): Using the first sheet (simpler, ready for families), I’ll run two small library sessions (Morristown & Kingsport, TN) plus one online edit-a-thon; all handouts and slides will be posted to Commons for reuse. This addresses two gaps: quality open media for Indus topics and a clear, reviewable on-ramp (traffic-light confidence + A/B readings) that makes disagreements constructive. I am an Emergent Ventures awardee and presented on this work at New Delhi (Sept 11–13, 2025), which anchors feasibility. Expected change: better Indus media with Structured Data, improved Wikipedia pages, and a reusable outreach kit any library can run.
