We are testing a seed model: small, copyable “micropackets” that turn complex Indus-script material into clear, cite-checked media for Commons/Wikidata and simple activities families can do at a library table. Success = a repeatable kit that other libraries can run without us.

• Create 2–5 Indus micropackets (annotated image, A/B overlay, 2–3 testable checks, matching Wikidata).
- Publish packets to Commons/Wikidata; invite talk-page review.
- Run 2 library sessions (Morristown in June 2026; Kingsport in July 2026).
- Run 1 online edit-a-thon using the packets.
- Bring a Cherokee “Translate your name” printable prototype to connect symbol-to-sound thinking with the Indus overlays.
- Post a learning report and a one-page “how to run this kit” so others can copy it.
