Where let's connect hold its panel sessions and a lot of contributions, recommendations and opinions are being voiced out by the Hausa community presents. Citing the importance and the positive effects of let's connect learning program project in Hausa community.

The main challenges, key angle or perspective this project will look at is the long time menace and issues holding the community back interms of Resources management, Grant and Managerial skills. That deals with organization, coordination, resources management, man power, overlap, duplication of effort, rampant grant application and resources. Recently Hausa community has experience a very wide setback on these key issues. Leading to an action taken to tackle these issues. A research have been conducted and most of the things we found to be lack of organizational skills, managerial skill, off wiki skills, orientation and mentorship. Thus we decide to bring all the grantees in the Hausa community in a single Forum and discuss the problem. As we are writing this project an organised group have been created that discussed and brings out solutions to this mess. As part of the solution we decided to focus the Agenda of lets connect this time to address some of the key issues of skills acquisition, learning, inclusion and collaboration of this issues to let's connect Hausa project program. We decide to use Hausa community let's connect to share, learn skills that address lack of proper collaboration for successful project, overlapping, duplication of effort and work, coming together as a team to realization of successful coordinated project.
