Part 2: Learning
[edit]4. In your application, you outlined some learning questions. What did you learn from these learning questions when you implemented your project? How do you hope to use this learnings in the future? You can recall these learning questions below. (required)
You can recall these learning questions below: 1. How best the community can translate vaccines articles 2. How conversant the community is about health and vaccine articles 2. How we can engage our community to read about the articles 3. How we can change the stereotype using Wikipedia campaign. 4. How best our community can use the articles for educating one another. 5. To find out ways to change stereotype in our community.
1. We learn that, most of our community members don't know that when you translate an article using the translation tool, you need to check it up to make the translation better and for good reading. 2. We learn that most of our community members don't know that you can look for health articles in Wikipedia, they are more conversants with biographies articles. 3. We learn that most of our community members still hold that stereo type belief but with the help of this project an awareness has been created
5. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities? This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences? (required)
What really surprised us, is most of our community members don't know that they can look for vaccines articles in Wikipedia and also the level of stereotype believes in our community. We learn that we really need to do a lot to carry our community along.
6. What is your plan to share your project learnings and results with other community members? If you have already done it, describe how. (required)
We have shared with the rest of the community online and we are planning to do so on wiki also.
