Samedi 15 novembre : Atelier de formation sur wikiquote Samedi 22 novembre : Editathon SheSaid sur Wikiquote Samedi 14 février : Editathon SheSaid sur Wikiquote Samedi 21 février : Formation virtuelle et patrouille sur Wikiquote Samedi 28 février : Contribution sur Wikiquote et remise des prix
Toutes ces sessions ont eu lieu avec une approche alliant théories et pratiques. Toutefois, l’équipe d'organisation a plutôt mis le focus beaucoup plus sur la pratique grâce aux ressources et liste de travail mise à disposition pour rendre l’animation des sessions le plus vivace intéressant possible dans une très bel ambiance.

You can recall these learning questions below: Nous tenons à renforcer nos compétences dans l’organisation et le recrutement de nouveaux participant.e.s pour l’inclusion et le genre sur les projets de Wikimédia notamment sur Wikiquote. Comment recruter et maintenir actives les femmes dans le mouvement Wikimédia au Bénin ?
À travers la communication, l'ambiance fraternelle des formations, les prix prévus pour les meilleur.e.s participant.e.s et les remboursement de transports, les femmes sont davantage motivées et sont plus nombreuses à s'engagér que les hommes.

Le niveau de contribution des participant.e.s s'est amélioré grâce au suivi après les séances de formations notamment la patrouille et la remédiation personnalisée à chaque participant.e.

Perspectives: Hormis les sessions en ligne, toutes les sessions en présentiel ont eu lieu à Abomey-Calavi. À l'avenir, nous comptons etendre les ateliers de la prochaine campagne sur d'autres villes pour meilleure inclusion.
