Pendant la campagne She Said 2024, l'équipe organisatrice a créer un plan de projet détaillé. Le plan comprenait la définition d'objectifs, la définition des participants cibles et la planification de séances de formation et d'éditathons. L’équipe a également mené des recherches sur des femmes tchadiennes afin de dresser une liste de citations potentielles. Nous avons créé une page de destination du projet qui contient la liste des femmes tchadiennes notables qui répondent aux critères de notabilité de Wikiquote afin de garantir que les participants créeront des citations de femmes tchadiennes notables. Les aspects logistiques nécessaires, tels que le lieu, l'équipement et le matériel de formation, ont été organisés à l'avance. A la fin du projet, nous avons créé et amélioré 60 nouveaux contenus Wikiquotes sur les femmes tchadiennes amélioré 30 articles Wikipedia sur les femmes tchadiennes et ajoutée plus de 100 photos.

You can recall these learning questions below: We believe we have succeeded in recruiting, training and building a team of new editors in our country, and in following them up. We want to learn from this project about : How can we recruit, retain and involve more women in our community? How do we produce content to address the various gender gaps challenges we face? What motivates editors to continue to edit after activities?
La campagne SheSaid a aidé notre communauté à acquérir de nombreuses compétences en matière d’initiatives sur l’écart entre les sexes dans la communauté wikimedia. Cela a été une opportunité de recruter de nouvelles rédactrices pour notre communauté. Nous espérons avoir réalisé le recrutement, la formation et la constitution d'équipes de nouveaux contributeurs dans notre communauté, nous avons créé un groupe WhatsApp où nous effectuons le suivi J'espère avoir acquis de nombreuses compétences en tant que responsable d'une initiative sur l'égalité des sexes au sein du ùouvement Wikimedia. J'ai répondu aux attentes comme je l'ai mentionné ci-dessus. Avec l'équipe, nous avons effectivement appris du projet. Un autre aspect important du projet a été de comprendre les motivations des femmes tchadiennes à s’engager dans l’édition de Wikiquote. En comprenant mieux leurs intérêts et leurs aspirations, nous pouvons adapter nos efforts de sensibilisation pour impliquer efficacement ce groupe. Ces efforts contribueront à créer un espace plus équitable et inclusif où les voix diverses sont non seulement entendues mais également valorisées et célébrées au sein de la communauté Wikimedia.
5. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities? This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences? (required)
Au cours de la mise en œuvre de nos activités, nous avons rencontré des retards inattendus dans la tenue du webinaire virtuel causé par un problème connexion internet. Ce retard a causé quelques désagréments aux participants qui attendaient l'événement avec impatience. Cependant, l'aspect positif a été la forte participation aux événements physiques et à la session de suivi en ligne, ce qui indique un fort intérêt des participants. De cette expérience, j'ai appris l'importance de mettre en place des plans d'urgence pour atténuer les retards inattendus (par exemple un routeur internet de secours) et assurer le bon déroulement de tous les éléments d'un événement.

Pour partager les enseignements et les résultats du projet She Said 2024 au Tchad avec d’autres membres de la communauté, je prévois de créer des rapports détaillés décrivant les méthodologies, les conclusions et les recommandations du projet. Ces rapports serviront de ressources complètes aux membres de la communauté qui recherchent des informations sur les stratégies efficaces pour promouvoir la diversité des genres au sein de la communauté Wikimedia.

Nous avons ajusté notre budget. Sur le 2300 dollars demandé initialement, la Fondation nous accordé 1000 dollars. Nous avons ajusté le budget et réduis le nombre d'ateliers à trois au lieu de 4 comme prévu. Nous avons également réduis le nombre de participants à 20 au lieu de 30.
