1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

There are many changes this project seeks to bring.

1. recently there has been massive complain by the administrators and international community in the hausa community that most of the editors did not know how to translate properly, most of translation lack proper check up and thorough looks ending up unable to be readable. this project seek to address that. it will bring the editors and teach them how to translate and also how to revisit the page go through it and make sure it reach standards.
2. Hausa wikipedia lacks vital articles that help in rising pageviews. articles that people are most interested in. ranging from topics on Science, Culture and religion, Social science and philosopy, Theatre, literature, art, society, cities, explorers etc this project will cover them
3. There are some certain topics that each standard encyclopidia should have this project will make sure hausa wikipedia translate them atleast 15 articles on each topic philosophy, social scientist, explorers, inventors, cities prehistory, bodies of water, mountains, valleys, and desert.
4. there will be inperson and online trainings on how to translate, and make proper touching to make sure the article reach standard.
5. this project seek to address translation tools awareness and what to do after translation and also make awareness to the users on how the translation tools works and what to do after the translation, to make an article readable.

1. I Musa Vacho77 will be incharge of organising, coordinating, and exercuting the project.
2. Abubakar Gwanki will take care of online tranings, and workshop.
3. Anas adam will be presenting in inperson event on trainings.
4. Aliyu shaba will also help in making awareness on the translation tools.
5. Uncle bash will be heading oganising the online and offline event.

Recently there is an observation by the German wikimedian in person of @NikosLikomitros that some vital articles are missing in hausa wikipedia space whom those topics are important and considered necessary for every wiki space. topic likes Culture and religion, Theatre, art, literature, society, cities, philosopy, etc. this project will make sure those topics are covered in other to generate the attention of the general public to visit the main hausa wikipedia space.

3.through whatsap this is because is easiest and most effective means of communication here.
4. most new editors in hausa community starts with translating articles before getting familiar with creating a fresh new article. by helping and training them to how to properly translate without being seing their work deleted, this will serve as a motivation for them to stay. because most of their translated articles ended up being deleted. because of the translation error, unfamiliarity with the translation tools and sometimes the articles cannot be readable because they are not being properly edited after being translated.
5. we will also create an easy avenue to retain them by giving them access to experience editors to asked questions and get clarification on what they dont know.
