1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

I individually organized a photo hunt last year as part of Wiki Loves Africa 2022 and so far the experience has been great!. Next year 2023 as the theme goes, its about climate and weather and it seeks to address the problems and challenges associated with climate change in Africa. This is very important because this topic has been on the lips and agenda of people and even nations and it is something which can have a negative impact on the existence of humanity.

2. Describe your main approaches or strategies to achieve these changes and why you think they will be effective.

1. We shall be hunting for photos and upload them on Commons as part of Wiki Loves Africa photo 2023 competition.

2. A call for professional photographers will be made to come and help in the photowalk. With this call, new recruits of volunteers will be made to join the movement. This will serve as a helping hand in the search for the right images related to the competition.
3. We shall use social media platforms like Photo Hunt Ghana to promote the competition. This will create public awareness.
3. What are the activities you will be developing and delivering as part of these approaches or strategies?

1. A public call for participation in the photo walk on the PhotoHunt Facebook and Instagram platforms and in other Wikimedia community mailing lists.

2. Photowalks in all the regions of Ghana to gather random pictures.
3. Upload session to upload edited photos on Commons.
4. New Articles will be created and old ones improved with the photos.
5. Some selected photos will be posted on our various social media platforms for promotional purpose.

There are so many things that contribute to climate and weather change in Ghana. Through photography in this competition will promote the knowledge of climate change and how it affects humanity. By doing so we will be filling the knowledge gap that is linked to the theme.

Our Target participants will be professional photographers and amateurs who are passionate about free knowledge and will be willing to travel with us to the various targeted areas and yes we shall follow up with them after the competition.

We shall be each others keeper during our tours and keep in mind to adhere to any safety protocols.
