نفذت مسابقة ويكي تقنية لإثراء المحتوى العربي التقني خلال الفترة من 1 مايو إلى 31 مايو 2025، وشملت الأنشطة ما يلي:
- التخطيط والإعداد: تحديد أهداف المسابقة ومحاورها، إعداد البرنامج الزمني، واختيار المقالات المقترحة للتحسين أو الإنشاء.
- الإعداد الفني: إنشاء صفحات للمسابقة والتسجيل، وتوفير الأدوات الإرشادية للمشاركين.
- الترويج: تصميم ونشر مواد إعلانية عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وصفحات النقاش لجذب المشاركين.
- الإدارة: متابعة المشاركين ومساهماتهم، وتقديم الدعم الفني.
- التقييم والنتائج: تقييم المشاركات عبر لجنة تحكيم، إعلان الفائزين وتكريمهم.
- النتائج المحققة
سجل في الفعالية 34 مشارك، بينما شارك في المنافسة 16 مشارك، عملوا على إنشاء وتطوير 326 مقالة، وبلغ إجمالي الإضافات 11 مليون بايت.

You can recall these learning questions below: I hope to learn how to organize successful events that enhance Arabic technical content, as well as to develop communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders. Additionally, I look forward to gaining a better understanding of the needs of the Arabic technical community and how to motivate them to actively contribute to enriching knowledge content.
- خلال تنفيذ المسابقة، حققت تقدم ملحوظ في أهداف التعلم التي أوردتها في طلبي مسبقًا، مثل:
- تنظيم الفعاليات بنجاح: تعلمت كيفية التخطيط الفعّال للمسابقة من البداية حتى التقييم، يشمل ذلك إعداد الجدول الزمني، وتصميم صفحات المشاركة، والترويج، وتقديم الدعم الفني.
- تعزيز مهارات التواصل والتنسيق: ساعدني المشروع في تحسين التواصل مع الفريق المنظم، والمشاركين، ولجنة التقييم، بالإضافة إلى التنسيق مع الراعي المالي والمجتمع العربي.

نعم، واجهنا موقفًا غير متوقع تمثّل في خطأ فني عند إعلان نتائج المسابقة، حيث أعلنا عن فوز صاحب المركز الثاني بالمرتبة الأولى. ويعود سبب هذا الالتباس إلى انقطاع مفاجئ في التواصل مع لجنة التحكيم نتيجة انقطاع الإنترنت في مصر بسبب حريق في سنترال رمسيس، وهو ما أدى إلى سوء فهم للنتائج النهائية المعتمدة من اللجنة.
تعلمت من هذه الحادثة أهمية وجود قنوات تواصل احتياطية مع الجهات المشاركة، خاصة في المراحل المهمة مثل إعلان النتائج. كما تعلمنا أهمية التعامل بشفافية مع الأخطاء، حيث قمنا بتصحيح الخطأ فورًا وإبلاغ المشاركين به والاعتذار لهم عن أي لبس تسبب فيه هذا الحدث، وهو ما لاقى قبولًا واسعًا.

شاركت نتائج المشروع عبر صفحة الفعالية على ويكيبيديا العربية، بالإضافة إلى مجموعات تيليجرام وفيسبوك، كما تلقيت دعوتين للمشاركة في تقييم مسابقات أخرى على ويكيبيديا العربية، مما يتيح لي فرصة نقل ما تعلمته من هذه التجربة إلى المجتمع بشكل مباشر.

- بسبب القيود المالية على تحويل الأموال إلى اليمن، اضطررنا إلى الاستعانة بطرف ثالث في بلد آخر لتسهيل عملية التحويل. وقد صُرف مبلغ يقارب 30 دولار كرسوم تحويل نتيجة تعدد مراحل التحويل من بنك الراعي المالي إلى الطرف الثالث، ثم إليّ (المستفيد الرئيسي)، ومن ثم إلى المستحقين.
