- 1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.
Dans le cadre de l'événement WikiForHumanRights, des ateliers de formation wikipedia sont organisés pour les participants autour du domaine de la biodiversité, de l'environnement et des droits de l'homme au Bénin. En plus des ateliers, il y a un concours public d'édition pour créer et améliorer des articles et encourager les Wikipédiens à écrire sur les droits de l'homme à un environnement sain. La liste des articles à créer ou à améliorer sera fournie par les organisateurs locaux du concours au Bénin. C'est la deuxième fois que nous organisons cette campagne et nous amerions pour cette année 2023, aller plus loin dans les objectifs en donnant aussi l'opportunité à d'autres villes du pays d'en profiter

Cette année, elle sera essentiellement axée sur des ateliers de formation, des editathon et une compétition pour récompenser les meilleurs contributeurs. A cet effet, nous allons recruter de nouveaux contributeurs, renforcer les capacités d'anciens contributeurs. En ce qui concerne les anciens contributeurs, nous en avons déjà introduit à wikipédia, commons et wikidata durant les campagnes et activités passées, dont les plus récents sont des participants issus des campagnes et ateliers tels que : Wiki For Human rights 2022, Mois de la contribution francophone 2022, Weekend wikidata, Wiki Loves for Africa 2022, Wiki Loves Folklore 2023, Wiki Loves for Earth 2022, WPWP 2022, Mois de la jeunesse africaine 2022 et la célébration du dixième anniversaire de Wikidata

La campagne est axée sur des ateliers de formation, la création, amélioration d'articles liés aux droits de l'homme, en particulier le droit à un environnement au Bénin. A cet effet, il sera organisé des ateliers de formation et editathon puis une compétition dotée de récompenses. Les Editathons pour la création de contenu de masse de façon aussi quantitative que qualitative. Un Concours pour récompenser jusqu'à 4 meilleurs contributeurs afin de motiver davantage les contributeurs bénévoles.

L'environnement de travail durant et après sera toujours basé sur le code de conduite universel. Ainsi, selon l'Ucoc, ce projet comme dans tous les projets, espaces et événements Wikimédia, les comportements seront menés dans le respect, la civilité, la collégialité, la solidarité et le civisme. De plus, pendant ce concours, le code sera appliqué à tous les contributeurs et participants dans leur interaction avec tous les contributeurs et participants, sans aucune exception.
