Change is a significant aspect of the movement, Good change as a mater of fact is very essential to this move. The change i want to bring is to help document good, accurate, free license information onto the movement. The main challenge i am trying to solve is to clear the perception that only some selected people can edit wikipedia and it sistr project. I also want to change.

1. Good naming of pictures on common. A lot of people think it is unnecessary to name picture's on commons. People will be educated as to why they are to name pictures on commons. One disadvantage of not naming pictures on commons, the picture or pictures get lost if the correct or appropriate names are not given to the image and makes it very difficult for users and searchers to use pictures in that category.

Approach I will educate them not to wait to upload all pictures in bulk since that can make the naming and description process and uploading of pictures very difficult for the participant.
