Part 2: Learning

[edit]

4. In your application, you outlined some learning questions. What did you learn from these learning questions when you implemented your project? How do you hope to use this learnings in the future? You can recall these learning questions below. (required)

You can recall these learning questions below: Since this contest will be held in Uzbekistan for a second time, we're planning to identify underrepresented topics regarding cultural heritage to cover these gaps in the next year by offering special nominations.

As we can clearly see from the previous 2 years there's not a lot of architectural elements photographs and most of them are done by organizers themselves. Thus, in 2025 we'll offer a special nomination for architectural elements.

5. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities? This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences? (required)

The only unexpected thing was the Agency for Protection of Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan offered us to cover the prizes for winners, so we partly spent the prize fund for a transportation of organizers to an awarding ceremony and snacks and refreshments for it.

6. What is your plan to share your project learnings and results with other community members? If you have already done it, describe how. (required)

We've made a few publications in the local media of Uzbekistan and published the results in Telegram group of Central Asian Wikimedians.
