Local round of WLM-2025 in Uzbekistan was organized successfully. We've got plenty of uploads from newcomers and old users.

You can recall these learning questions below: There's not a lot to learn from the campaign besides how to make the next campaign better and with more participants.
We still figuring it out as our campaign is in the middle of transition to another team of organizers.
5. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities? This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences? (required)
The most unexpected thing was the urgent rise of a number of Featured pictures: from 1 per year in 2023-24 to 32 currently and from different authors! We were expecting a raise in the overall quality but it was sharper than we could even imagine.
6. What is your plan to share your project learnings and results with other community members? If you have already done it, describe how. (required)
We've made a few publications in the local media of Uzbekistan and published the results in Telegram group of Central Asian Wikimedians. Also we've published an article in CEE Newsletter explaining our way from low overall quality in 2022 to the state the campaign has now.

43.66 USD This was an extra amount for bank fees and exchange rate fluctuations that weren't spent in full.
