first of all we started by sending invitation letters to our potential partner women organisations notifying them about the plan activities and the time line of activities,we then proceed to the training workshop(presentasion session) and followed by writing contest to motivate the particepants in contributing to wikimedia projects the we open a whatsapp group to followup activities and mentor the editors on proper editing guidelines during and after the writing contest.

You can recall these learning questions below: 1We are hoping to learn What becomes of a new community after hosting a successful project 2. We hope to learn the Impact of mentoring in project organizing and coordination. 3. We also hope to learn to Bridge the gap by creating more articles of women in Central Kanuri Wikiquote.

As a new community we learn that organising women related projects are crucial but with help from the women organisation involved the event went successfull as espected. As our whatsapp group is active the particepants are mentored in areas where they lack knowledge or editing or navigating the central kanuri wikiquote in incubator. More women related articles are created in the central kanuri wikiquoate, this has bridge the content gap in the central kanuri wikiquote.

Well what actually happen is we have some major challenges adding particepants to our tracking dashboard during and after the activities.

We would use our social media platforms to share our project learning and result.
