- sensibiliser des jeunes sur les projets Wikimédia, formation photo , formation televersement audio via la lingua libre, sortie photo au marché de Bazarikely, fokontany (cité ouvrière , lazaret, scama, Ambalavola, sur la route d'Anamakia, Anivorano -Nord)
- téléverser des photos
ces activités ont permit de recenser 740 téléversement (photos et audio), création de 5 nouveaux articles et 36 articles modifiés, 2 vidéos
Boeny 22 -29 mars un atelier de formation commons et Wikipédia , une sortie photo qui a aboutit au téléversement de 523 photos, création de 6 nouveaux articles et la modification de 27 articles existants.
Analamanga 22-29 Mars une session de formation, des sorties photos à Talatavolonondry, et à la ferme d'Atanandrano ; une session de téléversement qui a aboutit au téléversement de 139 photos sur Commons, 1 article crée et 2 articles modifiés

Les contributeurs ont pu former les nouveaux contributeurs, un moment de partager leurs connaissances et des préciser certains savoirs.
5. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities? This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences? (required)
La formation audio sur la lingua libre s'est bien passée, ça a beaucoup motivé les contributeurs mais d'autres téléphone n'ont pas pu enregistrés des voix(problèmes techniques) Les contributeurs ont pu assister à toutes les étapes de la cuisson du koba mais les cuisiniers n'ont pas accepté la prise de vidéo (pour ne pas divulguer leurs facteurs clés de succès) Nous avons pu téléverser de vidéo et donc, nous pouvons former les autres aussi. Le budget était assez serré, mais grâce au dévouement des organisateurs locaux , nous avons pu réaliser wiki loves africa 2025 à Madagascar.

Nous allons faire une séance de partage en ligne pour les points forts et les points à améliorer. Nous avons partagé le lien d'inscription event organizer sur méta pour faciliter la collecte de données et inciter les organisateurs à s' impliquer beaucoup plus , à apprendre plus.
