J'ai créé une prise de conscience sur la célébration de wikidata sur WhatsApp et j'ai demandé à des amis de publier sur leurs murs sur des sites de médias sociaux. J'ai profité de la cérémonie d'anniversaire pour développer l'intérêt des participants sur wikidata. Les deux autres événements ont été utilisés pour former les participants à l'édition de Wikidata.

Ne pas trop insister sur le montage le premier jour de l'événement a été efficace. Le premier jour a été utilisé pour créer un débriefing et parler de Wikidata sans trop insister sur l'édition. Cela permet aux participants de poser des questions et de se sentir à l'aise. Cela les a fait attendre avec impatience le prochain événement.
