"Wikipedia Voice For All" aims to address the underrepresentation of women's perspectives and experiences in Wikipedia, particularly in Hausa communities, and encourage more women and girls to participate in Wikipedia editing. Additionally, it seeks to utilize Wikipedia as an educational tool in schools to promote gender equality.

The changes this project will bring include:

1. Increased representation of women's perspectives and experiences in Wikipedia: By creating or improving articles related to gender equality and women's perspectives, the project ensures Wikipedia articles accurately reflect diverse human experiences.

2. Increased participation of women and girls in Wikipedia editing: By recruiting and training female students to become active editors, the project can boost the number of female contributors.

3. Improved education about gender equality: Incorporating Wikipedia into school curricula can teach students about gender equality and challenge stereotypes.

The activities that will be done to develop and deliver the project "Wikipedia Voice For All" as part of the proposed strategies are:

1. Recruitment and training of female editors: Identify potential participants through partnerships with schools and universities Develop training materials on Wikipedia editing and community guidelines Deliver training sessions to participants in person or online Provide ongoing mentorship and support to participants

2. Content creation and improvement: Identify key topics related to gender equality that are underrepresented on Wikipedia Work with experts in the field to create and improve articles on these topics Monitor existing articles to identify and address any bias Provide training and resources to editors to improve their skills in creating and editing articles. These activities will be done in a phased approach, with the awareness followed by recruitment and training of female editors, followed by measuring impact. The project will also have a monitoring and evaluation component that will run throughout the project to ensure that activities are implemented as planned and to adjust as needed. Overall, these activities are designed to empower and support female editors, improve the representation of gender equality on Wikipedia, and promote critical thinking and active learning among students. I personally have the required experience as I have organized and facilitate various Wikipedia event in Hausa community such as Hausa wiki women participation and wiki loves sports I also have a passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in Wikipedia, and I strive to ensure that underrepresented voices and perspectives are represented in the articles I work on. I am committed to creating a balanced and comprehensive encyclopedia that reflects the diversity of our society. 2.The team comprised of several concerns individuals and volunteers who have organized events related to gender equality or are disturbed by the way the females are not well represented in educational movements. Some of which are: 1. Community Lead: Jidda3711, she is one of the best figures in ensuring females are recruiting in the Wikimedia communities. She have introduced Wikimedia to various women organizations like the "Jam'iyyar Matan Arewa (JMA), Taskar Nasaba, and Badarawa Women Development Center". She have attended several trainings and have a great experience in given time to gender solutions. 3. Students Representative: Saudarh2, Been a student centered on creating enabling environment for females have been part of her day to day activities. She is feminist advocate at all education levels specifically in Northern Nigeria were female education is affected by religion and norms. She speaks about equal rights to education and have organized sensitive projects which showcase her strong concerns to the female genders. 4.Coordinator: Zahrah0, she is always a figure of engaging talk to need for the women to wake up. She is one of the figure who represents Wikimedia in Kaduna State University, were she ensures females are represented in every workshops.

The target participants for the project "Wikipedia Voice For All" are female students and educators from schools. The project aims to engage underrepresented groups by identifying potential participants through partnerships with schools that have a diverse student population. Additionally, the project will work with existing organizations and groups that focus on empowering and supporting women and girls in education.To engage participants before and during the activities, the project will use a variety of methods, such as:

1.Outreach to schools and inform them about the project and its goals 2. Organizing events and initiatives that bring together participants, experts, and stakeholders to discuss the project. During the activities, participants will receive ongoing mentorship and support to ensure that they are able to successfully create and improve articles on Wikipedia. The project will also provide training sessions, both in person and online, to ensure that participants have the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to Wikipedia. After the activities, the project will follow up with participants through surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback on their experience and to assess the impact of the project. The project will also work to retain participants by providing ongoing support and resources, such as mentorship and training, to encourage them to continue contributing to Wikipedia. Additionally, the project will work with schools to integrate Wikipedia into the curriculum, which will provide ongoing opportunities for students to contribute to Wikipedia and to learn about gender equality.

We aim to acquire deeper insights into gender contents creation and minimize the current biased in Wikipedia Content and ensure females representation. 2. Our objective is to disseminate additional knowledge about Wikipedia and its readiness in stopping the biased in articles created. 3. We anticipate learning from editors and Wikipedia users about effective information management for educational purposes, leveraging the content available on Wikipedia.
