Part 1: Project and impact
1. Describe the implemented activities and results achieved. Additionally, share which approaches were most effective in supporting you to achieve the results. (required)
انهينا بنجاح مشروع "إثراء" في النصف الثاني من العام 2024، شمل المشروع المراحل التالية: 1. مرحلة التحضيرات: صوغ فكرة المشروع، تجنيد مركزين ومدربين ومتطوعين، تجنيد مصمم لتصميم شعار المشروع. 2. بداية العمل: في شهر أيار حضرنا الأعمال الأدبية التي سيعمل الطلبة على توثيقها، ومن بعدها بدأ الطلبة بجمع المعلوومات والبيانات لهذه الأعمال. 3. انطلاق المشروع والتدريبات: من شهر أب وحتى شهر تشرين الثاني التقى الطلاب بالمدربين مرتين في الأسبوع؛ مرة للتدريب ومرة أخرى للتطبيق. 4. تلقى الطلاب تدريبات على مشاريع ويكي التالية: ويكي كومنز، ويكي بيانات، وويكي مصدر. 5. رفع الطلاب 108 ملفات على ويكي كومنز (صور أغلفة كتب لمؤلفين فلسطينيين وصور من كتاب عملوا عليه في ويكي مصدر)؛ أنشأ الطلاب 100 عنصر في ويكي بيانات، لمؤلفين وأعمالهم ودور النشر فلسطينية؛ نجح الطلاب بتوثيق كتاب تاريخ غزة في ويكي مصدر انتهوا من المرحلة الأولى ووصلوا لنصف الكتاب في المرحلة الثانية من التحقيق للكتاب. 6. متابعة العمل: بسبب ظروف الحرب التي عشناها خلال الحرب كل لقاءتنا كانت افتراضية من خلال منصة زوم او واتس أب، المتابعة كانت يومية على مدار أشهر المشروع. 7. نجاح المشروع: التزام المركزين والطلبة، تحديد الأهداف والواجبات لكل مشارك، المتابعة اليومية، المرافقة في التطبيق، المحفز المالي-مكافأة على العمل والتطوع. 8. إلى جانب التوثيق في الموسوعة، الجهة الشريكة في المشروع (جمعية الثقافة العربية) تبنت المشروع ليكون جزء من مشاريعها التطوعية.

You can recall these learning questions below: هذا المشروع يسلط الضوء على جانبين بالتوازي: الأوّل تمكين الطلبة الفلسطينيين (المتدربين) وكشفهم على تراث فلسطين التاريخية؛ الثاني كشف الجمهور العام على تراث فلسطين التاريخية من خلال منصات ويكيميديا. نهدف إلى صقل مهاراتنا في تدريب المستخدمين الجدد لويكي مصدر العربية والمشاريع الشقيقة ذات الصلة (ويكي بيانات وكومنز) وتوفير مواد تدريبية للجميع. وسيكون ذلك بتقييم نتائج (مع استبيان نهائي) انجازات الطلبة من تصحيح وتدقيق صفحات ويكي مصدر، ومن استيعابهم للعمل الجماعي عن طريق الرفع والفهرسة وغيرهما من الأعمال التي تتطلب عملا جماعيا ومهارات تحريرية، ومتابعة مدى انخراطهم في العمل التطوعي. هذه الورشة وهذه المجموعة ستكون الأولى، إذ نسعى لتكرارها في السنوات القادمة مع مجموعات طلبة جُدد.
في هذا المشروع تركزنا على الأعمال الأدبية الفلسطينية من بداية القرن العشرين.
- وثق الطلاب تفاصيل أعمال أدبية، مؤلفين ومؤلفات، مجلات، دور نشر، مطابع من فلسطين في بداية القرن العشرين.
- وثق الطلاب تفاصيل أعمال أدبية وتفاصيل أدباء فلسطينيين يحملون الجنسية الإسرائيلية لم توثق أعمالهم في الموسوعة قبل هذا المشروع.
- انكشف الطلاب على موروث أدبي لم يعرفوا عنه شيئا قبل المشروع
- وجدنا أن هناك حاجة ملحة لتوثيق باقي الأعمال الأدبية ورفع ما أصبح في الملكية العامة للموسوعة لاتحاتته للجمهور العام، ولا سيما أن معظم هذه الأعمال موجود في المكتبات وليس متاحا للقارئ من خلال الانترنت، وهناك حاجة ملحة لرقمنة هذه الأعمال.
- في المستقبل القريب لدينا مجموعة من الطلاب الذين يريدون الانضمام لهذا المشروع وسنعمل على رقمنة أعمال أدبية لاتحاتها للجمهور العام.
- لمس الطلاب اهمية العمل التعاوني والتشاركي، وأهمية التطوع للحفاظ على موروثهم الثقافي المطموس في في المكتبات والأرشيفات.

عملنا كل فترة المشروع في ظروف حرب، ولهذا لم نستطع أن نلتقي وجها لوجه، تركز كل عملنا ونشاطنا بواسطة المنصات الرقمية المتاحة. بعض المشاركين كانت لديهم خسائر مادية وجسمانية خلال الحرب ولهذا لم يستطيعوا المساهمة في العمل إلا ما خصص لهم من مهام. من جهة ثانية بسبب هذه الظروف عززنا اللقاءات من خلال المنصات الرقمية واستطعنا أن نلتقي على الأقل مرة في الأسبوع، ولأن النشاطات الخارجية كانت محدودة انجز جزء من الطلبة أكثر مما خصص لهم من مهام. وجدنا أن مشروع ويكي مصدر هو الأصعب من ناحية انجاز المهام. ساهم في انجاح المشروع أن الأهداف كانت محددة وواضحة؛ أن المهام الأسبوعية كانت عينية وواضحة؛ المتابعة اليومية لعمل المتطوعين وأسئلتهم واستفساراتهم؛ جدول زمني محدد لكل مهمة.
