In the month of May we added another advisor to our team. We also hired most of the module writers.

Team Meetings

We held a face-to-face team meeting in Bangalore to finalise the modules. This was apart from the online meetings we usually hold to make such decisions.
We also held separate meetings with each of the module writers to arrive upon an agreement about the nature of work, compensation and deliverables.

Review of List of Modules

We shared the list of modules for review with our advisors over email and incorporated their initial comments into our modules. We have also scheduled calls with them to discuss the modules in detail and we hope to incorporate those changes going forward. Apart from the advisors we have shared these modules with the writers for their feedback. We will be sharing this with the community to obtain their feedback.

Finances

For this month our expenses have been mainly salaries.
