Target outcome Achieved outcome Explanation
Organize 3 photo walks. 3 photo walks were organized. 3 photo walks were organized in Anyako in the Keta District, Amedzofe in the Ho Municipal District and Hohoe in the Hohoe Municipal District .
10 participants 10 people participated in the photo walk. we Had 10 experience photographers who participated in the photo walk.
Upload a 200 photos from the walk to Wikimedia commons. About 500 photos were uploaded. We had over 1000 photos after the walk, about 500 of this pictures were edited and uploaded into Wikimedia commons.
New editors One The team member who assisted with the taking of drone image and video was new to common. He was train on how to upload and add names to image on Wikimedia Commons.

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

With the help of the drone, we were able to capture quality images with higher resolution.

  • What did not work so well?

There was a delay in the receipt of funds. IP block also prevented some participates to upload their pictures.

  • What would you do differently next time?

We will organize photography training for unexperienced participant who will like to join the photowalk.
