Learning[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?
  • The people were incredible, they welcomed me in a way that I will never forget. They are very open to free knowledge and wikimedia's projects. Even the Provost and the Dean at USAD are interested in supporting Wikimedistas de Republica Dominicana. The University will published something about the events.
  • What did not work so well?
  • We had connection problems in one of the events that prevented us from creating articles that day. We had previously tested the wifi connection but it was a global company problem. I had compatibility problems between my Apple Macbook and the operating system used by the university to project my classes in Power Point.
  • What would you do differently next time?
  • To carry the material in pendrive saved in different operating systems.
